We are excited to announce that Tim Whiting has been selected to speak in this year’s American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) Annual Convention.  Because of his extensive experience and knowledge in trying cases, Tim will be speaking on litigating trucking cases and trial work. His presentation topics are Advocacy and Persuasion – Connecting with the Jury and Discovery and Use of Other Similar Incidents to Increase the Value of Your Trucking Crash Case.

The AAJ is an association that seeks to promote justice and fairness for injured persons, safeguard victim’s rights, and strengthen the civil justice system through education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety.
