Tim will be presenting on the topic of Successful Resolution of Trucking Cases – Communicating Value and Positioning for Settlement Mediation. His presentation will focus on strategies for effectively conveying case value, building credibility, and positioning cases for optimal settlement outcomes via mediation.

Drawing from his extensive experience representing victims of catastrophic trucking collisions, Tim will provide practical insights and real-world examples to help fellow trial lawyers elevate their advocacy in complex trucking litigation.
