We are proud to announce that Tim Whiting had the honor to present in this year’s AAJ Annual Convention in San Francisco, CA. Tim presented to an audience interested in truck litigation on the topic of Other Similar Incidents (OSIs). Attendees learned how using OSIs can increase the value of a trucking case and how to use them to hold negligent trucking companies accountable.
