We are pleased to announce that Tim Whiting delivered an informative presentation at Florida Justice Association Advanced Trucking Seminar in Daytona Beach Shores on April 5, 2024. The presentation provided attendees with a comprehensive overview on how trucking companies should hire truck drivers and how to make a relevant, admissible, and effective case of negligent hiring/retention by truck companies. Through engaging examples and in-depth analysis, attendees gained a deeper understanding of what trucking companies ought to research and comply with prior to hiring a driver.
