We are delighted to announce that Tim Whiting delivered a comprehensive presentation at Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association’s (TTLA) Trucking Seminar in Nashville on March 1st. Attendees of this event were provided with a deeper understanding of the legal landscape governing trucking operations and reliable methods to employ in order to win a truck wreck case. Tim Whiting presented on the topic of truck driver qualifications and delved into the details of when a truck company should know when to hire a truck driver, when to retain a driver, and when to fire a driver. Tim’s expertise and passion for the topic was evident throughout the session, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
