Whiting Law Group extends the biggest of congratulations to Associate Attorney Jennifer DiVincenzo on her recognition as an Emerging Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media for 2020!

Less than 2% of all lawyers licensed in each state have received the distinction of an Emerging Lawyer. Emerging Lawyers like Jennifer are chosen based on exceptional character and convey outstanding aptitude for the practice of law in the early stage of their career.

“I am extremely impressed with Jennifer’s recognition as an Emerging Lawyer. Her success is unprecedented as a young trial lawyer in Chicago. It is an honor to practice as a trucking accident attorney alongside her,” said Tim Whiting, the firm’s founder.

Jennifer was hired as an associate at Whiting Law Group, Ltd., in 2019. She concentrates her legal practice on representing victims seriously harmed or killed in trucking accidents. Further, Jen is heavily involved in the trucking community. She is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorney (ATTA) and American Association for Justice Truck Litigation Group. Most recently, Jen wrote an article for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys Newsletter titled, “The Triple Threat: Battling Personal Jurisdiction, Forum Non Conveniens and Choice of Law Motions.” She will also be presenting this topic to the ATTA in February 2021.
