Tim is a nationally board-certified truck accident trial attorney. To fully understand each aspect of trucking law, he maintains an active Commercial Driver’s License. Since 2019, Tim and his firm have committed their time solely to the representation of individuals or their loved ones who have been seriously harmed or killed in trucking accidents.
Tim has received many honors as a top trial lawyer including being named a Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers Association and recognized as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Illinois by the National Trial Lawyers Association since 2008. He has been appointed to the Executive Board and is chair-elect of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorney (ATTA). Tim also serves as the Education Chair for the American Association of Justice Trucking Litigation Group.
As a leading truck accident trial attorney, Tim regularly is asked to write in national trial lawyer magazines and speak at national trial lawyer conferences. In March 2020, Tim was a named speaker for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association Conference where he was asked to present on a major trending topic within truck accident litigation – Other Similar Incidents (OSI) and their use and application in trucking cases.
